Murrow Primary School’s Easter Challenge

By March 23, 2012 No Comments

Murrow Primary School

It was great to have Murrow Primary School back after missing a couple of years – we’ve missed you ;-)

With energy and enthusiasm to spare, we turned the lights down, the ultra violet lights and music up and a little dancing ensued!

James M took the Easter Challenge trophy home with his high score of 120, so well done James.

But should we have a teachers Easter Challenge? Murrow Head Teacher Mr Cuthbertson scored 134 points today and I’d love to see him against maybe St Peters Junior School’s Mr Linney and West Walton School’s Mr Pearson.  Would that be good?

Back to today – although there is quite a bit of work involved in the Challenge, when many of the pupils walked up to me during their bowling and said ‘thank you’, I didn’t quite have tear in my eye but did have a big smile.

We hope to see Mr Cuthbertson, his teachers and pupils again in 2013.
